Article 2 (Membership application)

Article 3 (Management of member ID and password)

Section 4 If the member ID or password is leaked to a third party, or if there is a suspicion that the member ID or password is being used by a third party, the member immediately notifies Crowdfunding S to that effect and CAMPFIRE. Article 13 (application and posting)

Section 2. Crowdfunding S may disapprove the publication of the project for which the application is made if the following circumstances are found.
(1) When it cannot be confirmed that you are eligible to use Article 10.
(2) When the information applied at the time of application contains content that is contrary to the facts
(3) When the content of the project or return conflicts with the prohibited items stipulated in the preceding article
(4) When it is found that there is a reason for suspension of membership stipulated in Article 6.1
(5) In addition, when CrowdfundingS determines that the project is inappropriately posted.
If the circumstances described in each item of the preceding paragraph become clear after the project in Section 3 has been posted, CrowdfundingS may disapprove the posting of the project and cancel the posting. If the circumstances described in each item of Section 2 are reasonably suspected after the project in Section 4 has been posted, CrowdfundingS may suspend the posting of the project while it is necessary to confirm the facts. Clause 5. Crowdfunding S is not obligated to disclose the reason if the application is disapproved or the posting is canceled due to the circumstances stipulated in paragraphs 2 to 4.
Section 6. Crowdfunding S shall not be liable for any damages caused to Members by the actions performed by Crowdfunding S based on this article.
Article 14 (Project type and establishment)
Item 1. There are two types of projects, “purchase type projects” and “donation type projects”, depending on the content of the support contract.
(1) Purchase-type project

Article 17 (Cancellation of project)
Section 1 Projects that have been posted on this service cannot be withdrawn without the consent of Crowdfunding S, and the recruitment period, target amount, return content and amount cannot be changed. However, the project can be terminated only if the project owner determines that the project cannot be continued due to unavoidable reasons, the project owner promptly notifies Crowdfunding S to that effect, and Crowdfunding S approves. .. In this case, the project owner acknowledges in advance that a certain cancellation fee (contents will be specified in the detailed rules) set by Crowdfunding S will be incurred.

Article 18 (Troubles related to the project)

Article 19 (Payment of support money)
Item 1. The project owner shall grant Crowdfunding S the authority to receive the support money paid by the supporter on behalf of the project owner. When CrowdfundingS receives the support money paid by the supporter based on the support contract on behalf of the project owner, it is assumed that the supporter’s support payment obligation has been fulfilled.
Item 2. CrowdfundingS will pay the project owner the support money received on behalf of the project owner by the method prescribed by CAMPFIRE when the project is completed. Crowdfunding S will bear the transfer fee in this case.
Section 3. Crowdfunding S shall deduct the fees and all other debts that the project owner should pay to Crowdfunding S when paying the support money to the project owner. The method of payment of the support money will be stipulated in the detailed rules according to the service content.
Chapter 4 Rules for Supporters
Article 20 (Regarding eligibility for use)
Item 1. In principle, you must have an address in Japan (meaning that you have a resident card) in order to support the project as a supporter. A user who does not have an address in Japan can also be a supporter if CrowdfundingS approves support from a supporter who has an overseas address for each project or return.

Article 21 (Support for the project)
Item 1. Users can apply for project support by the method specified by Crowdfunding S. When the application for support is completed, a support contract will be established on the condition that the project will be completed.
Paragraph 2. Crowdfunding S may refuse the application for support set forth in the preceding paragraph if the reasons described in Article 6.1 are found.
Item 3. When applying for support, the user must understand and agree to the terms of use displayed on this service for each target project, and the user who applied for support agrees to this. It is considered.
Section 4. Crowdfunding S shall be able to display the support status of the supporter on the project page when the support contract is concluded. However, we are not obligated to display the support status of the supporter.

Article 22 (Cancellation of support)

Article 23 (Acquisition of return)
Item 1. When a project is completed, the supporter who supported the project will get the return specified in each project to the project owner, provided that the settlement procedure of the support money by the method prescribed by CrowdfundingS is completed. You have the right.
Item 2. Supporters cannot change, cancel or request refunds for selected returns. However, if there is an individual agreement between the project owner and the supporter, that agreement will prevail.
Clause 3. The performance of the return is the responsibility of the project owner under the support contract, and CrowdfundingS is not liable for the performance of the return and the liability for damages due to the default of the return.
Article 24 (In case of project failure, cancellation, etc.)

If the project is unsuccessful, if the project is not listed according to Article 13 (3), if the project is canceled according to Article 17 (1), or if the project is canceled according to Article 22 (2) (2). If the support is canceled, CrowdfundingS will refund the support money before the transfer to the project owner to the supporters who have completed the payment procedure of the support money by the method prescribed by Crowdfunding S. Article 25 (Support method, fee)

Article 26 (Exclusion of antisocial forces, etc.)
